Service duration depends on the work required. A gasket replacement may be completed within a few days, while a complete dress watch overhaul typically takes two to three weeks. We provide an estimated timeframe when you bring in your watch and will contact you if circumstances change.

We service a wide range of mechanical and quartz watches. If a particular piece requires specialized parts or tools that we don't have on hand, we'll let you know upfront rather than proceed with a repair we're not equipped to complete properly.

A complete service includes movement disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of components, replacement of worn parts, fresh lubrication, regulation for accuracy, case refinishing, gasket replacement, and water resistance testing where applicable. We'll explain the specific steps for your watch when you bring it in.

Sapphire crystal replacement starts at MYR 480, though the final cost depends on the crystal type (flat, domed, cyclops), case design, and whether additional gasket work is needed. We provide a clear quote before proceeding with any work.

In Malaysia's climate, gaskets face consistent exposure to heat and humidity, which accelerates degradation. We recommend having gaskets inspected every two to three years and replaced if they show signs of hardening or compression. This simple step helps maintain your watch's water resistance and prevents more serious moisture damage.
